Ten Top Tips to Prepare for Sale

A house that 'sparkles' on the surface is much more likely to be more popular than it's shabby neighbour. From our experience, a well presented home appeals to more buyers, will sell faster, and often for a higher price.

In addition to this, buyers instinctively feel more comfortable purchasing a well-cared for home - if what they can see is well maintained, then what they can't see has most likely also been well maintained, giving the buyer confidence in the home.

When selling it is important to look at your home with fresh eyes, as a buyer would, and being objective. First impressions are so very powerful and set the tone for the rest of the viewing.
